Under the E-RACE Initiative, the Commission continues to be focused on the eradication of race and color discrimination from the 21st century workplace and is seeking to retool its enforcement efforts to address contemporary forms of overt, subtle and implicit bias. I would definitely come back for dinner, but I hope there was a different server the next time.In enforcing Title VII's prohibition of race and color discrimination, the EEOC has filed, resolved, and adjudicated a number of cases since 1964.
Finally after waiting long enough I walked out of the dining room and located my server behind the counter in the front of the restaurant. After finishing the dinner again I waited, and waited and waited some more for the server to return with my check. What a shame since the food was very good.
By the time I finished the soup the pasta was cold and the chicken parmigiana was warm. Some time later she returned with a humongous bowl of Pasta Fagioli and the Chicken Parigiana over pasta. My drink was empty and I just sat there with my server no where to be seen. Then I never saw her again for about 25 minutes. About 10 minutes later she brought a basked of bread and the side salad. By the time she returned with the drink I had decided what to order for dinner so I did. After several minutes later another server approached me with a menu and asked me what I would like to drink. Upon entering the dining room I was told to sit anywhere by a server. The dinner also came with bread and a side salad. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan ($15.45) and the Pasta Fagioli ($4.75) which were both very good. This was my first time at Anthony's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria and I thought the food was very good.
